While I was on the road yesterday morning I slowed down to read a sign, I didn't notice a truck waiting to pull onto the main road and as I approached the truck I noticed the driver was furious.
He was cursing and yelling, face all red and screwed up. All because I had slowed him down a little. It got me thinking about all the reasons that we might get angry in our day.
I think one of the reasons people get angry is like the truck driver, they don't like to slow down, they might not know how to, they don't create the space to be still, they're doing too much for too many people.. I invite you, if you've been reacting strongly to your surrounds, your people, if you've gotten so angry lately you were red in the face, if you road raged, if you've experienced the taste of bitterness and resentment to those around you for the good things that might be happening in their life, if you feel neglected or unappreciated..
So I invite you to book a massage with me - together we can fill your cup. Release the stress, the anger and the belief that no one cares. You know you want to, deep down no one really wants to be angry.
